Initializes a new instance of the IndexEntry class.

Syntax

caption: The string that is assigned to the Caption property of the current index entry.
targets: A list of C1LinkTarget objects; for each target in that list, a IndexEntryOccurrence is created and added to the Occurrences of the current index item.
